It has been fun to see Lincoln's personality shine through more and more each day. I think these pictures show a little bit of what goes on in this boy's mind.
Lincoln recently discovered that he can drag our chairs around the house and get to fun (off limits) places and things. The bathroom sink is probably his favorite place in the house.
Hair gel in the fish bowl... I wonder why the fish are dead?
Getting caught eating fruit is never a bad thing.
As a side note, I am starting to think Lisa is hoping for a baby girl when she puts his hair in a pony tail... or maybe she's going for an ancient Samurai look.
Lincoln turned 18 months old last weekend. We can't believe how big he is. We saw our new pediatrician here this week and he is fantastic!
The nurses and doctor were so good with Lincoln. They really talked and played with him to help him feel comfortable. Lincoln was a little scared at first. He actually cried when the nurse was trying to measure and weight him. But he didn't even cry when he got his shot. Oh, and Lincoln is even bigger than we thought! His stats are:
Our lives definitely revolve around Lincoln (that is why every blog post is about him). He brings us so much joy. I am so grateful that I can be his mother. It has helped me understand more about our Savior Jesus Christ's love for each of us. Being his mother is the best. It has been more work than I thought, but has been more joyous and FUN too!
Lately I have been thinking about when he was younger and how much he has changed. I've watched many of the videos that we have taken of him. Tonight I was reminiscing about the time when he was born and we were in the hospital. Here Lincoln is just 2 hours after birth. It must have been about 1:30 AM in the morning, and were were all exhausted but on some adrenaline too!
Here is another one. It is super cute but his cry will melt your heart!
